TWG provides technical support, program planning and project management support, outreach and recruiting support, stakeholder management, financial analysis, and administrative solutions to the Office of Naval Research ILIR/IAR and NREIP/SEAP Programs (Laboratory Research/Workforce Initiatives) as a subcontractor. TWG has been supporting ONR since December 2014.

TWG designs and develops research experiments that will be used as a base for increasing STEM participation and create an innovative and collaborative exposure to exciting STEM career knowledge and opportunities. We focus on experiments that close the gap between STEM skills development and real jobs in the future Naval STEM workforce.
TWG provides administrative and analytical support services to the National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics(NCSES) within the Directorate for Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences at the National Science Foundation. TWG has been supporting NSF since September 2020.
Our services include supporting the daily operations, strategic alignment for leadership, contract administration activities, tracking budgets, coordinating schedules, internal communication support, improving business management processes, and activity support across NCSES.

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs. Ensures adherence and compliance to master plans and schedules. Creates programmatic solutions and interfaces with partnering offices and organizations. Prioritizes activities, schedule development and planning.
Performs outreach engagement to promote STEM programs. Liaison between client and STEM partnering agencies. Logistics and coordination of meetings and workshops including all aspects of agenda preparation, security requirements, equipment, and presentation materials. Provides administrative program support for nationwide internship program. Ensures program compliancy with client leadership.
Develops, monitors and reports on project/program funding profiles and status. Manages Commitments, Obligation, and Expenditures using client financial systems. Implements Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Methodologies. Provides Independent Cost Estimate and Cost Control Analysis Prepares Document/Contract Close Out activities.
Support mission-focused research projects from strtagic phasing plans through project completion and technical program and project reviews. Subject matter expert panel reviews for future funding opportunities and a realistic view of possibly early stage fundamental research projects.
